We selected some food courts and restaurants that exist around the microcenter. It's not always easy to find a restaurant, as most are on the upper floors of shopping malls and galleries, but here we go:
Typical Food: many have heard of the traditional 'chipa paraguaya', a doughnut made from cassava flour, butter, eggs and cheese. There are many vendors walking the streets and even some cars with speakers that drive around the center, such as 'Chiperia Mi Abuela' and 'Autorama'. In addition to chipa, another well-known dish is 'sopa paraguaya', which is a pie made basically of corn flour, eggs, milk, cheese and onion.
Shopping del Este – On the top floor buffet and à la carte restaurants for lunch in Ciudad Del Este. 'Belsit' is an Italian cuisine restaurant, with various types of pasta and risotto. 'Ali Babá' serves snacks and Arabic food, for those who want a quick meal. And 'Comidas SA' which has a Brazilian food buffet and snack bar service.

Shopping Ibiza – No 3rd. On the floor there is a food court with two buffet restaurants per kilo and a place specializing in teas. There is 'Montana' which serves Arabic and Brazilian food, with different options such as 'fitness menu' for special diets, pancakes and tapioca. There is 'Le Chef', whose owner is of Lebanese origin, serving typical Arabic food, with different types of salads, Arabic sweets and a good variety of natural juices.

Shopping Alfonso I – No 3rd. On the floor of the mall there is a food court for lunch in Ciudad Del Este with a Brazilian food restaurant by the kilo called 'Sabor Brazil.

Monalisa – On the top floor there are two à la carte restaurants: 'Bistrot Monalisa' with international cuisine and 'Sushi Hokkai' with Japanese cuisine. And in the 3rd. On the floor there is a cafe for quick meals, where there is occasionally live piano music, making the atmosphere quite pleasant.
